Global Logistics Project Management (GLPM) requires thorough pre-planning of all known and/or probable variables and a trained team with the necessary tools to execute the master plan.

Logistics project management involves professionals coordinating and supervising the physical and administrative movement of goods from manufacturing or source to the final destination.
